What is 1st Option’s DD/ID Wavier Residential Home?

Our residential group home is designed to meet the specific needs of adults with intellectual disabilities and adults with ID/DD recipients. Our homes are beautifully furnished and feature a spacious kitchen with a dining area, private bedrooms, shared bathrooms, gathering areas, an expansive basement, and outdoor spaces.

We believe each resident and day support attendee is an extension of our family. We encourage residents to lead a lifestyle as active and social as their abilities allow.

Supervised by our experienced staff, residents make meals in the kitchen and gather for games, crafts, and more.

The purpose of this ID/DD waiver home is to provide support in the community rather than in an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID).
